Innovation and performance are a big focus. You'll need to understand how scaling works and the problems it solves, and articulate technical concepts clearly. You're likely to be a developer with a good writing skills.
You need to have published a number of posts already too.
While we're aiming to publish content that is useful, actionable and while there are guidelines to adhere to we prefer if a contributor can add a little bit of their personality too. This also means that we're not looking for ghost writers but ones that are alive and happy to sign their piece.
We will link back to your own site, sure. But this isn't a link building exercise.
